We are searching for a Project Manager who will be managing, progressively independently, significant projects of glass-aluminum facades construction in the European and North America markets.
The candidate will be responsible for the execution offinancial and contractual objectives; coordinate the engineering activities, material supply, production and installation management along with mitigation of possible contract changes with the Client.
The Project Manager will have to participate to weekly meetings of Design Assist to analyze and resolve potential issues that could interfere with the correct and punctual project development.
The person will have to supervise costs budgets, timelines forecasts and conformity of the product based on the contract specifics.

Required Qualifications
Civil Engineering or Architectural Degree
3-5 years of experience in a Project Manager role in the Building Industry, particularly in the Building Envelopes Market
Fluent in English
Experience with execution of projects, preferably in international environments
Experience with planning, organization, monitoring and control of internal activities and with contractors (engineering, supply, production, on-site installation supervision)
Knowledge in costs planning, monitoring and budget control
Knowledge in preparing time schedule defining priorities and monitoring of the development phases
Familiarity in managing professional relationships and project dynamics
Knowledge of Design and Project Management software tools
