Intercom Facades has reached an important new milestone in its commitment to people and sustainable business practices: the company has officially obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification, issued by TÜV Italia.
This certification recognizes the progress we have made in promoting a workplace culture where inclusion, fairness, and equal opportunities are embedded in our everyday processes. It also confirms the effectiveness of the initiatives we have implemented across areas such as organizational culture, pay equity, and work–life balance.
This certification is not an endpoint. It marks the beginning of an ongoing journey supported by regular monitoring, updated action plans, and continuous improvement strategies. It represents our long-term vision: a strong, forward-looking company built on people and their talents.
