Project Description

Exciting progress is underway at our ongoing project, an 11-story residential building at 134 Jane Street (aka 140 Jane Street) in Manhattan’s West Village, New York.

Intercom Facades is proud to have contributed to this project with the design, engineering, and fabrication of a unitized curtain wall and window wall façade spanning approx. 1,100 m² (≈ 11,840 sq ft), based on our proprietary INTERCOM system.

This phase highlights the behind-the-scenes effort: tight site conditions, complex logistics, and careful coordination across teams. One of the most exciting moments? Preparing a fully custom “oversize” crate engineered to ensure maximum safety and structural integrity during transport for our large-format glass façade panels.

A project taking shape day by day, driven by close collaboration with the Titanium Construction Services crew and the dedication of the entire Intercom Facades team.
