Project Description

A building that rises 347 feet above the mid-block site of West 15th Street, the 35XV is a dynamic addition to Manhattan’s vibrant Chelsea neighborhood.
The project – a residential 27 floors high building whose stunning sloped facade is an unique construction feat – reached completion in 2016. It won the Merit Award for Architecture 2019 (AIA New York Design Award).
The façade has been carefully modulated, for the angled shape of the tower and the glass surface reflect the sky and almost make the building disappear
