Project Description

760 MADISON AVE | GIORGIO ARMANI RESIDENCES

Situated at the intersection of East 65th Street and 760 Madison Avenue in New York City, the upcoming project is set to ascend 12 stories. The lower levels of the building will house the Giorgio Armani boutique, while the upper portion will feature 19 residences. Modifications are limited to the external structure and materials of the façade, drawing inspiration from the architectural elements of nearby historic properties in the Upper East Side neighborhood.

The facade will showcase a breathtaking composition of Indiana limestone, elegantly framing a grid of floor-to-ceiling windows.

The curved Insulated Glazing Units (IGU), double-paned, manufactured in Italy at the Sedak/Sunglass facility, seamlessly integrate into the WICONA window frames we crafted.
Collaborating closely with W&W Glass, LLC, we’re committed to ensuring meticulous attention to detail at every stage.
