McCOMBS SCHOOL OF BUSINESS | UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT AUSTIN

Intercom Facades is pleased to announce the award of the McCombs School of Business project in Austin, Texas. The development features a Tower and Podium with distinct functions, including classrooms and office spaces.

Our scope includes the design, engineering, and supply of 8 façade types, based on the INTERCOM CWT 3.5 System, for a total of approximately 2,300 unitized façade units.

The project will be delivered through a phased approach, starting with the Podium and progressing to the Tower, aligning production strategies with installation requirements. While the Podium follows a floor-by-floor sequence with parallel production lines, the Tower requires a type-based approach to address higher complexity and performance demands.
