Project Description

The One Vandam is an exclusive residential palace that rises in the chic and cool atmosphere of Soho, NYC.
Situated at a rare combination mid-block/corner site – at the intersection of three major neighborhoods in lower Manhattan – the 14-story building houses 25 luxury units atop a tall commercial base. A slender residential tower that overlaps the “gatehouse” building perpendicularly and sits atop the
commercial plinth, the main project’s feature is the materials mix of the facade, where the transparency of glass enhances the majesty of white and grey marbles inlays.
